COOKING COURSES

Due to popular demand we have launched a game cooking school, so we are offering you the chance to get some hands on experience and learn from Mark Gilchrist. 

“I have tried to keep this as open ended as I can. We have a wide variety of courses that range from butchery and game preparation, to a course designed for restaurant businesses who want to learn how to maximise their profits and get the most out of their game sales.”

The courses will be held in the kitchens at Macknade Fine foods, Selling Road, Faversham. 

The courses will start at 0900 and will finish around 1700. Naturally we will stop for lunch, which we will have cooked (if it is a butchery demonstration then lunch will be provided.)

The course is based on £150 per person per day in groups of 6. We tailor our course formats specifically to customers' requirements.

We are currently taking bookings for June courses, so if you have a group of 6 organised then contact us below ASAP as the slots are sure to sell out fast!
